Sleeping five people in three bedrooms, this cottage is on a working farm 3 miles from Abergele, 2 miles from the North Wales coastline.
Stabal-y-Gwedd is an end-terraced cottage on a working farm, in Dolwen 3 miles from Abergele. There is a double room with and en-suite shower, a further double and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom. Downstairs is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a communal courtyard as well as a private patio area and off road parking for each cottage. Stabal-y-Gwedd is in an ideal location for touring this lovely part of Wales.

Oil central heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer in shared drying room, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared courtyard. Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.75 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is near a workshop/garage so some occasional noise may be heard. |
